I found my way into the health and personal development world after leaving college in 2017, driven by a simple desire to learn how to, as I put it, “not feel like shit.” It was the start of my journey to better understand and improve my well-being. I had been struggling with my physical and mental health since I was around 15. Despite trying various medical and psychiatric treatments, nothing seemed to improve. Eventually, I became frustrated with relying on pharmaceuticals that failed to fix me and decided it was time to take my health into my own hands.

Long story short, I went deep, immersing myself in everything I could about health and well-being. I changed my diet, mindset, and daily habits, and slowly began addressing the root causes of my discontentment. The crazy thing? It worked. With time, I was able to transform my health and outlook on life. I finally began to love my life again, discovering a level of freedom and performance I had never experienced before.

My personal journey has motivated me to share my knowledge and passion for health with others who are navigating similar struggles. So many people today feel lost when it comes to managing their lives, and it’s easy to understand why given the overwhelming and contradictory information circulating the wellness industry. Health is, without question, our most invaluable asset. That's why, as a coach, I am committed to being a resource for those seeking clarity, helping them break free from dissatisfaction and find a path to sustainable well-being.

Coaching, podcasting, and speaking out about the issues in the health industry are all ways I’m working toward my larger goal for Cope: to provide our generation with access to sustainable health. COPE is a community that works directly with people, listens to their stories, and builds a supportive framework to help them reach their full potential.
