You’ll notice that I have options for coaching and consulting; the primary difference between the two is as follows:

  • Coaching is going to be a more generalized and conversational/collaborative session; think “helping you help yourself” and “discovering the deeper why”

  • Consulting is going be a direct, problem-solving session focused on practical solutions—think "implement Y to address X." We’ll typically cover actionable topics in nutrition, fitness, or career and personal development, though we’re not limited to those areas.
